My day went like this:
Run 8k on treadmill, wimped out because it was -30
Stretch
Breakfast
That’s banana whipped oatmeal with carob powder, cottage cheese, and chia seeds drizzled with hazelnut butter and blueberry syrup.
Work
Lunch
Whole wheat pasta with homemade pesto and hemp seeds for protein.
On the side I had a pretty salad.
Work
Spin class
Dessert. That’s right I ate it before dinner. Avocado, carob, and date goodness.
Dinner
Roasted beets with balsamic vinegar and herbs.
Roasted Kabocha squash.
Quinoa!
Now I need to take Jewel out for a walk and possibly fit in 20 minutes of yoga. Have a good night.
