New Years Resolutions

I know it’s January 10th and I’m not making new years resolutions. I am the type that when I want to change something I do it right away instead of waiting until the 1st of January. That being said here are goals of mine starting now:

1) Learn how to deal with my emotions instead of holding them in.

2) Quit biting my nails.

3) Continue to work on finding peace with myself.

4) Run injury free by resting properly, eating properly, stretching and strengthening.

5) Try a new recipe every week.

6) Get some adventure in my life.
